How we use it
To operate the marketplace: create accounts, process bookings and payments, enable messaging, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and improve the service.
Payments
Payment details are handled by our payment processor. Rerentall does not store full card numbers.
Sharing
We share only what is needed to complete a rental (for example, a delivery address with the lister you booked from). We do not sell your personal data. We do not publicly expose a lister's exact home address.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile at any time, and request deletion of your account. Some records may be retained where required for legal or dispute-resolution reasons.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections and row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your login.
